Services, Fees, & Insurance

  • Individual Therapy: $150/55 min session

  • Missed appointments: $100 per missed session without a minimum 24 hr advance notice​​​​

​Insurance: 

  • Aetna

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • UnitedHealthCare/Optum

  • Out-of-Network

It is the client's ultimate responsibility to verify mental health coverage through their insurer and Headway. Any fees not paid by the insurer are the client's responsibility.

Payment Methods Accepted: 

NOTE:

Payment/Co-Pay is due at time of each appointment.

All clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file. 

All insurance payments are processed through Headway. 

Cash-pay clients are processed though Theranest.

There are currently no additional fees for credit-card processing.​
